Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Pinu with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

You may use Pinu by registering an account through:

• An Apple ID;
• A Google account; or
• Your own email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date.

3. The Service

Pinu is a free language learning application. There are:

• No in-app purchases;
• No paid subscriptions; and
• No advertisements.

The Service provides educational content and features intended solely for language learning purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pinu, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, are owned by LEAF BOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services, such as:

• Firebase SDK (for app performance monitoring and analytics);
• Third-party sign-in services (e.g., Apple, Google);
• Social media SDKs (for content sharing features).

The data processes of these third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAF BOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAF BOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may delete your account at any time through our in-app deletion function.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China in which LEAF BOAT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
